Indivisible GA10, a left-leaning advocacy group, held a protest on Presidents’ Day against President Donald Trump and “actions taken to steal our country by Elon Musk.”
With just a few days notice, hundreds of protesters gathered outside city hall calling for enforcement of the rule of law, support for the US Constitution and the restoration of the balance of power between the judicial, legislative and the executive branches of the federal government.

Musk, the richest man in the world, has been accused of illegally “accessing the personal financial data of millions of Americans in Treasury Department records,” as reported by the BBC. Musk gave a Nazi salute twice during Trump’s inauguration and has been active on social media promoting the far-right Alternative for Germany party, the spiritual successors of the 1930s Nazi movement.

Despite a brief period of agitation when a right-wing counter-protester attempted to disrupt the event, the protest was entirely peaceful. The event lasted for about an hour.
Indivisible GA10 is “an active group of community-minded citizens from the 18 counties of Georgia US House District 10 advocating to protect our freedoms, to preserve democracy, and to resist the MAGA agenda,” according to their website. The group began during Trump’s first term and has been active ever since, having grown substantially since the last election.

So grateful for your protest and continued presence.
Idiots.
Voters have spoken. Corruptions door is opening for all to see. 🇺🇸
You don’t even live here, Sue. Stick to what you know: Raging about how you saw a brown person once in an Oconee county grocery store, and it ruined your day.
